License & Account

Managing your ezActions access is straightforward. Here are the most frequently asked questions regarding activation and connectivity.

Activation & Login

  • Where do I find my login details? After purchasing ezActions, your access Code is automatically sent to the email address associated with your order.
  • How do I activate the plugin? Whenever the plugin requires activation, the main canvas will hide and a Login screen will appear automatically. Simply enter your Email and your Code and click the login button.

Connectivity & Offline Usage

  • Do I need to be online to use ezActions? Not always. When you successfully log in, the plugin securely validates your license with the server and stores a temporary token on your machine.
  • The 7-Day Offline Grace Period: Once activated, you can use ezActions completely offline for 7 days. All image processing (opening, resizing, saving) happens entirely locally on your machine.
  • Re-validation: After the 7-day period expires, the plugin will require a brief internet connection the next time you start a workflow to silently re-validate your license in the background. If you are offline at that moment, the login screen will appear until a connection can be established.

Account Management

  • How do I log out or switch accounts? Click the Flyout Menu icon (the small lines in the top right corner of the Photoshop plugin panel) and select “Logout”. This will clear your local license data and return you to the login screen.
